Welcome!

This 1892 Farmhouse in the southeastern Catskills of New York sits on 6 acres and includes a portion of "Hanging Rock Falls" section of the Good Beerkill Creek. The unique stone foundation that once supported a sawmill serving the tannery trade in these parts, still adorns the property and overlooks the creek and falls. Tastefully renovated from 2012 - 2014, the Home belonged to the Wagar Family and operated as a Dairy and Egg farm until the 50's. We carefully maintained the original attributes of the Farmhouse while adding modern conveniences.
